After leaving Whitehorse, we went to visit Muktuk Ranch, home of dog-sled racing team. I love that they don’t sell puppies and take care of the retired dogs. Before you get the wrong impression, these dogs are well cared for. Yeah, they do live outside but that’s their nature. They have their own nutritionist and chiropractor. There are volunteers from all over the world coming to help out in exchange for room and board. Oh, and these dogs, they really do love to race.
Maja wlasnego dietetyka i kregarza. Wolontariusze przyjezdzaja z calego swiata aby pomoc w zamian za mieszkanie i wyzywienie. A, i te psy naprawde uwielbiaja sie scigac.
Hi Guys......its Mike and Jen from the gas stop in North Battleford Saskatchewan....do you remember Lee? We made it home to Rossland B.C. and after nesting back into our home again and cutting the wood for the winter I found the gas reciept with your blog site written on it. Jen and I just read Septembers over our morning chai tea. What a great trip!!!! I love it it gives my ichty feet. Its neat to see the route from the ground...I normally am flying and though it is a great perspective it can be some what detached.
