Day 78 / Dzien 78.

After visiting three big cities back to back – Vancouver, Seattle, and Portland – we’re enjoying being in the countryside for a change. Many farms we’ve passed have little stands, where you can buy what’s in season, right now mostly pumpkins and nuts. We stopped at one of them and got a bag of hazelnuts they shelled for us right there and a bottle of small batch pumpkin honey.

In late afternoon we reached the coast.

Po odwiedzeniu trzech duzych miast po kolei – Vancouver, Seattle i Portland – cieszymy sie dla odmiany wsia. Wiele farm, ktore minelismy, ma male stragany, gdzie mozna nabyc to co akurat jest dostepne, teraz glownie dynie i orzechy. Zatrzymalismy sie przy jednym i kupilismy torbe orzechow laskowych, ktore od razu dla nas dozlupano, i butelke miodu z pylku dyni z ograniczonej produkcji.

Poznym popoludniem dotarlismy na wybrzeze.
